These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the ku9i online gaming platform ("Platform", "ku9i", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "member", "player"). ku9i operates a safe and reliable online casino and sports betting platform for players in Bangladesh. By accessing and using our platform, you agree to all the terms set out below.
ku9i always follows the principles of transparency and fairness. We ensure that every player has the opportunity to use the platform on equal terms and that their rights are protected.

1 Eligibility and Age Limit
Age and Legal Eligibility
The following conditions must be met to use the ku9i platform:
- You must be 21 years of age or older (for those aged 21 and above only).
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a contract as an adult.
- You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
- You must not have enrolled yourself on ku9i's self-exclusion list.

2 Account Registration
Registration Process
When opening an account with ku9i, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. If any false, misleading or incomplete information is provided at the time of registration, the account may be closed immediately.
- Each person may operate one account only.
- Only one account may be registered per IP address, device or household.
- The account must be in your own name and must not be used on behalf of a third party.
- It is your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential.
Identity Verification (KYC)
To ensure the security and integrity of the ku9i platform, we follow a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be asked to submit verification documents in the following situations:
- Before your first withdrawal.
- For large-value transactions.
- If suspicious activity is detected on the account.
- As part of a routine compliance review.
Accepted identity documents: National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence.
Account Security
Keep your account password strong and change it regularly. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately. ku9i will not be liable for any loss caused by third-party access if it occurs due to your own negligence.
3 Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposit Rules
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method).
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, bank transfer.
- Deposits must be made from your own account.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
- ku9i does not charge any commission or fee on deposits (the payment provider's own fees may apply).
Withdrawal Rules
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
- Withdrawal processing time: typically 5–30 minutes.
- Withdrawals will only be made to verified accounts.
- Withdrawals must be made via the same method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals may be restricted until the wagering requirements related to bonuses have been met.
Suspicious Transactions
For anti-money laundering (AML) purposes, ku9i reserves the right to monitor and prevent any suspicious financial transactions. If suspicious activity is detected, the account may be temporarily suspended for investigation and the relevant authorities may be notified.
4 Bonuses and Promotions
Welcome Bonus
ku9i offers a welcome bonus for new members. Under the current terms and conditions:
- Bonus amount: 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
- Wagering requirement: After receiving the bonus, you must complete betting worth 25 times the original bonus amount.
- Wagering must be completed within a specified time period after the bonus is credited.
- Wagering requirements must be fully met before withdrawing from bonus funds.
- Each member is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once only.
VIP Cashback Program
ku9i operates a weekly cashback program divided into four VIP tiers:
- Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
- Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
- Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
Progression to higher tiers depends on the player's activity and engagement on the platform. The specific benefits for each tier are determined by ku9i and are subject to change.
General Bonus Terms
- ku9i reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- Any attempt to collect bonuses from multiple accounts will result in all accounts being cancelled.
- If bonus abuse is suspected, ku9i reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings.
- Each promotion's own detailed terms and conditions will apply.
5 Gameplay and Fair Play
Game Results and Fairness
The results of all games on the ku9i platform are determined by a neutral and verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. We ensure that no game result is predetermined or operated in a biased manner in anyone's favour. All games offered on the platform are supplied by third-party game providers and operated under their own licences and certifications.
Betting Rules
- A bet once confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
- If a bet is not processed due to a technical error, the relevant amount will be refunded.
- ku9i will not be liable for issues arising from network disconnection.
- Winnings obtained as a result of an obvious software error in any game may be considered void.
Special Conditions for Sports Betting
For betting on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football (including FIFA World Cup) and other sports, the official result of the relevant event will be considered final. In the event of a match cancellation or postponement, ku9i will determine the bet settlement policy at its own discretion.
6 Prohibited Activities
List of Prohibited Activities
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
- Fraudulently obtaining bonuses or abusing the bonus system.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Attempting to access another member's account without authorisation.
- Using software bots, scripts or automation tools.
- Attempting any form of cheating or manipulation in games.
- Following collusive betting methods with or against other players.
- Attempting to hack or carry out cyber attacks on ku9i's systems.
- Opening an account using a false identity or someone else's identity.
- Operating an account on behalf of a minor or assisting in doing so.
7 Data and Privacy

ku9i may close your account for the following reasons:
- In the event of a violation of the terms and conditions.
- If fraudulent activity is detected.
- If verification documents are not submitted.
